I started playing this game today, made new character, wandered around the Indian starting village gaining proficiencies/skills then I had to exit the game to eat dinner. I try logging back in but something is wrong. I am using the Latikai client (I cant even get the standard client to work - my pc does nothing when i d-click jnlp files) and I get taken to a screen that has a dialog in the middle stating "Identity saved for <my character name>" and buttons to forget me or log in. I click log in, and it says Authenticating... then switches to a similar screen but this one just has the New Character option on the right side, left side empty except for some options on the bottom for alphabetic sorting and some text box. what's going on? I also tried to forget me, and re-enter my credentials - goes to this same screen. How do I log back into this game???

The Indian village is the starter tutorial area. Your character isn't saved until you exit that and get into the real world. Sucks but you need to make a new character.

More proof that the debs made a tutorial so good people don't want to leave

aw gawd... thats really annoying. i was just about to l eave after spending a few hours 'leveling up' my character but i was too damn hungry and knew if i left the starting area id probably end up playing until i resorted to chewing on my keyboard. Now I dont feel like going through tutorial that again lol.

Lol run through it real fast and get into the game. The game is 100x better than the tutorial

You can whiz through the tutorial in 6 minutes or less. I guarantee it's more fun to level up in the real world.
