when i try going north, it instantly loads but when i try going south from my hs it just cant load. it must be a bug. i can give map location if you wanna try it yourself. i tried clean install of java, running client with compatibility mode etc. nothing works. even if i loaded that map piece before it still cant show the game without a minute loading or so.

Likely, it's not the location as such that makes the difference, but rather the contents of the map which affect the rate of compression and therefore the exact network characteristics of the map transfer.

i tried it from a dedicated server and it couldnt load even from a server which has 100 mbit at germany. it is not only my pc/networks fault i think.

Certainly, but it's still not clear where the problem actually occurs.
