Whatever i try however i orient and position i cant place Bricktown house on my property, always report that there is not enough pavement. Everything is paved with clay, every other house place perfectly at every corner and evry border of planed space only bricktown house don`t wanth to place. Any ideas what can be wrong?

Brick townhouses need a little more space than it looks like they need, so just pave a larger area.

Well it`s pavved at least 5 tiles in every direction of placment, now removing pavement and repaving to see it might some tile got buged.

Managed at the end but it took lot more space then 7x11, half tile in every direction more which make it at least 8x12, even more if u have ridge in proximity. Those structure hit-boxes realy need some redo...
