Kandarim has answered, and if he doesn't know the answer to a question about the client, there probably isn't an answer.

are you possibly using a custom cursor? this can cause myriad of issues,even the default pointer with enabled ancillary
pointer behavior (e.g. shadows, trails, non-default pointer shapes, precision
enhancement, Snap-To, Hide-pointer-while-typing…etc) could cause anomalies,failing that,it's probably a video card/driver issue as Kandarim suggested...
