a simple miss-click just 1 centimeter too far left and everything is gone...

Even though it is fully my own fault i feel i should be compensated somewhat... Why i feel this way?

Because: 1. There is a disclaimer in store but it doesnt include just perma destroying the item by a 1 click accident. 2. it would be good busniess conduct common in the industry and 3. What happened to be shouldnt be possible in the first place because if it is its going to keep happening and causing grief and work for everyone.

Also i wish i couldve submitted this in a ticket without having to present it to a wide audience.

So, you're paying for store goods, huh? How much would you pay me for patching your game client to prevent you from click-dropping your purses directly from equipment? ¦]

You should of been more careful. I believe the store covers this well enough. I doubt you lost any sort of significant amount of money. It wouldn't really be fair to give you silver back when so many others have lost it the same way. You can always send a PM to JohnCarver if you don't want to post something like this.

A little yes, at least when i think a game deserves it one must support. The Bags Pack seemed like the most economical choice and most efficient for my game play.

I think the cummunity would greatly benefit from such a patch although i wont need it anymore because its definatly not going to happen to me again ;)

True and i dont care about the silver just the real money spent. Yes this game is hard and unforgiving but i doubt destroying a store item by 1 accidently click was intended. Especially it can only happen over water and most likely the only time your ctrl clicking in your equipment is when you want to ride your canoe... on water... I bet this has happened many times before and will keep happening.

I didnt want to impose by directly contacting a dev but a guess with this awsome team it would have been possible :)

you can always un-check the purse slot from appearing at the shortcuts , if you are using a custom client , so this won't happen again as easy .

Be careful asking for a refund, because that might ban you from game ¦]

I wonder... with all these things dropped in water from time to time.. devs should consider giving a small-tiny chance to fishing ( maybe only with pole ) to retrieve, anything really :D

Refund issues aren't up for public discussion. Any issues such as this should always be sent via PM or email. That said, this thread is closed for further comment. Any other discussion is a change of current intended game mechanics and should be taken up in Ideas & Innovations forum. If anyone wants to further the discussion on what was posted above, PM or use the report function and one of us mods will gladly split it off.

Yes, it has happened more than a few times, sometimes intentionally, sometimes pure accident, and I'm sure at least a handful of times due to bugs. I'm not really sure how else to reply than with other than the basic facts here as this is meant to be a harsh environment with little to no protection for the consumer--those who purchase cash shop items--once the items are in game.
