Itchy Britches on KO

I noted, when you get KO-ed while having an Itchy Britches on you won't stop the scratching. The character will still stand up and scratch itself while you're unable to move or do anything. This has caused the bleeding to worsen a lot, while being KO-ed.
Later when the character perma died, still with the Itchy Britches on him the body acted the same. The dead stood up and started scratching itself and even got into combat with a lumberlord.
