Maybe the food through is too far. If the implementation is similar to HnH then the through has a limited range

Can they stupidly meander out of range? Maybe if they did that and somehow kept stupidly meandering out of range of the food, they would starve.

This is a very good possibility.

Hello, friends...

Sadly my beloved goat had passed away a few days ago. I checked on him a few hours before, he seemed fine, didn't display sick animation. Then when I got home I found him dead.

There was plenty of food and he was boxed in within radius of food.

C-can I please get a replacement goat? His majesty sold me a defective goat.

No kidding.. im a bit pissed about my sow. Had her for weeks, only to have her display NO symptoms, and freakin die. This isn't the first of my animals that die in a couple hours with no symptoms.Image

To add to the list of buggy animals, our poor Moo has decided to have a sit down earlier, and is now standing again. Image

I am going to assume, thanks to the lovely info in this thread, that he is indeed still sick. >.<

And another died today, close to 10 animals died so far

Image

All my animals keep on dying, outside & inside the barn, they get treats, suppo's get lubed, there's plenty of food throughs and they are branded.
Are we missing something here or are all these animals dying with a reason?

That poor Ewe, she looks on in dumb eyed horror, not comprehending what is wrong, but knowing that somehow, she is likely to be next, because so many have gone before.

Has anyone experienced bugs with butchering animals? Is it common that a skilful butcher can't get a single item when butchering an animal?
