Account already logged in while Popham is crashed

Popham crashed so I wanted to play on Providence but I can't log in.

I have this problem too, client crashed, so i exited and restarted computer, and now im still logged in......

Don't you have an alt at your place or able to go there to do the stuff you can't do with your main ?

It is indeed. In a game where expeditions are needed to progress on providence, anyone choosing to play on Popham or any future expeditions shouldn't be penalized for not having multiple accounts with alts on each. I get that right now is a bad time to try and find a solution to it, but perhaps when JC is back in the dev pen, he could start looking at a solution for this, perhaps pray to Loftar.

In the meanwhile he could start modifying his dev prodding practices. The remaining devs stuck in cages should be prodded solely with sticks that have a post-it on the end with various snippets of code on them. that way they learn how to code and will upon release be able to relieve JC of his server-fixing duties!
