Anyone else having problems opening the crafting menu? I click on item to craft, and it does not display window with required ingredients and craft button.

Did you change the width of your game screen? The crafting window doesn't always move with the screen edge, try expanding it and see if it's out there somewhere.

Alternatively, if you're using a custom client, find the windows.conf file in the salem folder and edit or delete it. The various window positions is stored there.

Just log out, close client. Relog. You've probably moved it off screen by accident.
