Hello,
everytime I try to login I get an error message as specified in the thread title. However I am not able to find anything that could fix it.
Any ideas how the problem might be solved?

At the top of the page - do you have "log in" or "log out" button?

This is weird, this message appears only for accounts made before the eula. Are you trying to log into the game with the same account (siggitas) as you are posting from now?

And after registering the account you have activated it with a link you got in the mail?

I logged in from another computer, I was asked to accept EULA afterwards. Then I did successfully login, my characters however are no longer there. What has happened?
