seems u havent finished the tutorial yet, only if u finish it u gain a permanent character.

This issue didn't exist before btw.

Maybe your system time is late?

Do you have any ideia how to fix? Because I pressed so many times esc ingame and the game closed -.-
So, every time I press esc by mistake and want to keep playing I need to download the game.
