Fix harvested items being stuck when near walls/slopes/hills

I can't pick up items and that can sometimes be a pity if it's something I need. These items spawn randomly, but sometimes when they are near difficult terrain I cant pick em up.

I would actually consider this a bug, not an idea. This is already being tracked on the bug tracker.
