It seems to be that Paradox Connect has stopped responding as of this Tuesday. I don't know why yet, but I'll ask Paradox about it.

Connect is now down, permanently.

Your friend that is trying to transfer his account can contact me at support@paradoxplaza.com and I'll set him up with a new account.

when that happens, Moo, can they get to keep their first account name? or have to create a new account name?

I think their old account names are reserved in the systems so methinks a new one.
