Long Distance Swimming
reads "The due depths are as treachurous and pleasurable as any hazard", probably should be treacherous.

Horticulture: Misspelled "gardening" as "garening"
Mining: Text may not be reflecting the new mining system. Mine shafts is not unlocked by this skill, and softening rocks surfaces is only required to get entry to entrances of lower levels.
Pulleys & Levers: "advancement" is misspelled as "advancment"; and I believe "aswell" should be two words, i.e. "as well"

physician is the proper spelling even in modern English. of the latter two, they are proper period spellings for the words. (well, not sure about psyentific, but it looks period)

From Tobacco Planting
"Smoking tobacco takes the edge off the madness that slowly encroaches the minds if Pilgrims." I believe, and here I could be wrong, but "Smoking tobacco takes the edge off the madness that slowly encroaches on the minds if Pilgrims." might be preferred.

Under Help "Game Hints"
Both "Homesteads & Capital Towns" and "The Four Humors" are marked as number 5.
likewise "Combat" and "Gluttony Mode" show up as number 7 and "Agriculture & Farming" and "Increasing Proficiency Caps" show up as number 8.
I'm not sure if this is technically a bug or a typo, however it is present on both of my characters.
