So I went to providence and came back home to find my claim was somewhere completely different. So I went back to providence then immediately back home and was back to where my location was before. Now I took screenshots of this happening. However it seems I do not know how to find the screenshots I have taken that are not public. So I have one of the different location with Identical claim and one of my original claim. If someone wants to explain how to recover screenshots I will post both to show the confusion.

John Carver you are on my friends list and I am sure you can look me up so ping me in game if needed. ( I cannot reproduce went back and forth multiple times and did not receive the same results.) Is there a place to start a Jira ticket.

There is a known bug that will sometimes display inaccurate terrain during rapid porting. Even though the terrain looked different, you should have indeed been at your real claim and as you noticed in your own accounts a quick port back and forth typically fixes it.

I did notice things off my claim were also still there on the port. Just seemed a little funky. Figured i would throw it our there.


I have to ask at this point what time zone are you int cause its 4:25 am where I am and you are responding.....

You could fix it by making sure that the new, random "fake" coords sent to the client are distant enough from the coords the player is porting from.

I've had this before, my hole claim was on water, it looked really cool. I uploaded some pics on the screenshot thing on the main website page.
