Doubtful. I had a sled stuck in the same area back on Roanoke. Was there until the server went down.

At least I can give it a try. Worst can happen - a cap on my char, I guess...

destroying the house will spawn all liftables inside it outside. Doubtful that that is a better plan than building a new canoe, though.
