Dowsing Rods do not fit into the toolbelt.

Neither does the Woowoo wand. But since both are also still two handed, doesn't that mean they don't qualify as tools?

Each time i use tool while having sabre in my hand, the sabre is put into toolbelt instead of equipment is it a desired behaviour?
Wiki says toolbelt is for tools only not for weapons.

this was originally to make sure you didn't drop the sword (when inventories were still limited to a number of slots).
You can't actually use the sword until you take it out of the toolbelt, though.
