I was making clay using dirt and the trough, tho when I was done I dumped some dirt on the ground and POOF! goes the trough, its gone. The collision mesh is still there as its apparent I cant walk through it, but I can not use it nor will re loading the map tile fix it, or re logging.

you should be able to pick up the ball of dirt again with the lift command? It happens sometimes, for reasons unknown to me.
In other cases the dirt will simply disappear when you log out while lifting it,

Yeah there is no dirt to pick up, it just made the entire trough go poof. Its still not back. Digging the dirt back don't fix it either. I cant lift the trough even tho the collision mesh is there.
