Black Screen after Login

The same problem on my notebook, so it's:
1) connection (ports opened, firewalls disabled); - provider?..
2) Win 7 x64 incompatibility (new! just installed);
3) magic (most likely).

It's awesome! Without debug info, errors or SOMETHING. If you have some mana, dudes, fix it, please. It's too powerful magic for my skills...

P.S. Also tried enabling\disabling DirectDraw, Direct3D, atni-aliasing, anisotropic filtering.

Yep. That's provider AND your router. Sounds strange, but have you tried direct connection to internet? If not - try it. That's for science.

Tried, but I have DSL connection. "Bridge mode" in settings of modem and nothing else.
