Grasshopper in Boston enables combat

Check me if I'm wrong here. Doesn't stomping anywhere near a cricket cause them to aggro, whether or not you hit them?

Wouldn't be that hard to push your alt up to 15 or 20 in humors if you want to give some protection to them (and smart).

Thanks for posting this. We'll add it to the rest of the Boston bugs that need to be fixed. Make sure to post it to the bug tracker, too, if you haven't already.

That's any animal, but if it's already aggro, then it's not really changing the issue.

Nah, people were talking about killing the cricket accidentally. Stomping in that method means you never need to damage the cricket.

I got bored of the theory work and attempted it.
I couldn't damage any other player when stomping, only the cricket.

Bumping this. I believe the bug is that the grasshopper will aggro the other person.

Story: I was on an alt waiting for survival skills to pop to port to my place, and saw some newb. I follow him and he walks up to a cricket. I say "Do it" and "I believe in you". He punches the cricket and tries to run, and I block him and he takes some damage. Repeat the **** blocking a couple times, until the grasshopper aggros me (Mind you, no skills, survival skills was still charging). The grasshopper eventually finished the guy and I sent him home and grabbed his herbs and kited the cricket. Barely got away with run speed, phlegm ran out when the combat potrait turned to a question mark.

Not as serious as originally thought, but still semi noticable for trade alts/new players.
