Display Driver has stopped responding and has revovered?

Whenever I start the game, and go to make a new character I see the UI but then the screen turns all white and I get a message from windows saying "Display Driver has stopped responding and has revovered." Then under that is says "display driver AMD driver has stopped working and has successfully recovered." I am pretty sure this is a problem with the graphics driver, but I am relativley new when it comes to upgrading drivers and such. Any help would be appreciate, thanks in advance!

I got this too, not sure where the problem lies. I've only had it once though.

There's some pretty good utilities on the internet for updating drivers, but I don't like relying on them. You can also find instructions on properly removing a driver and replacing it right on AMD/ATI's site. There's also several good video tutorials on YouTube if that's more your style. A quick Google search will get you something quick. The most popular ones that I've seen are reliable.

I dunno but I dowloaded the Enders version of Salem and that worked fine. Thank you for the help though.

Hmm, i've been getting this really frequently recently (since around the weekend?) =/. Was perfectly fine the weeks before tho.

Tried updating my drivers and all which now runs it more smoothly and with less cpu load, but it still suddenly crashes and goes black, and the popup with this notification will appear...
