nut/cuttings regrowth speed

nut/cuttings regrowth speed is it bugged or intentional that it takes 1 month to regenerate any kinds of nuts or tree cutting ? I have tested this of number of trees and bushes.
This include all trees and also acrons. Changing acron from 1 day to 1 month thats big extreme. My acrons have still not regrown since the patch its faster to replant them and grow entire new bush.

seems they addresing nuber of nuts not amount of time it takes to regrow in that threed. 1 mont will lead to some crazy situations not mentioning that it does not make sense for new tree to grow 3 days and have nuts and than 30 to regrow just nuts. Should be other way around no ?.

The point of this is, nuts take a while to grow. Have a nut orchard and you will be fine.
