Hello, I gave Mr Puggles the nr 1 scalp and I was expecting an executioner's mask but I only got the axe. Is this intended? I tought I would get both.
Also taking offers for the axe but prefer bear paws

No, its not a bug. You either get a mask or an axe, not both.
