KO when carrying something

If you have low BB you get KOd when you pick something up. I know your supposed to get knocked out when you have no BB, but i had some and carrying doesn't use it up.
I was gonna put a smart-guy quote here but i couldn't think of one so here's a stick dude:

Are you sure you didn't simply run out of YB?

If i remember correctly, carrying something can decrease phlegm over time, and KO you when it hits 0

I think you mean pickup some thing like big stone when you at 0 phlegm and pickup something like stone you will down and get ko
