Cannot log in with the old account

As said in the subject i can't retrieve my old account. I didn't remember user and password so i put my (first) e-mail in the text box to retrieve them.. But i didn't get any mail from here. I tried to explain me as best as I can.. Maybe my old account is banned for inactivity (3-4 years) but i'd like to play again with that account

That's quite a time ago. Are you sure you used the proper capitalization and email account? Is the account old enough that you never linked an email address to it? Where did you create the account, here or the Paradox forums? You don't have to post answers to those, but here are some potential answers:

If the account was created through the Paradox forums, you're out of luck and will just need to use the new account.

If you created it long enough ago that there wasn't an option to link an email address, you may be out of luck, but might be able to recover it. In this or any other cases, you can try a PM to JohnCarver about account recovery. Try to provide as much information about said account as you can--email address, proper spelling of the account name, any cash shop purchases you may have made with that account.

At this point, there are no characters on the account as the world did get wiped a couple of times since then because of needed resets. The only substantial return for recovering such an old account would be any store purchases made with it (personal desires aside).

Meh i dont think it worth the time.. just for a hundred or two of silver and my old char are certanly deleted with the old worlds I'm sorry only for the account on the forum.. I've started a new one char and I'm enjoing salem in its beauty starting from scraps However i have to say that a friend of mine tried to register yesterday and he didn't recive any registration mail

We had to reauthorize the accounts when they created Providence if I remember right. There's probably some email out there somewhere in your inbox from a year and half ago asking you about it. Several of my old non-used accounts also won't work, but I didn't have any stuff on them so I just let them go.
