Lost items after crash.

After the crash this morning, when I logged back in I no longer have the outfit I was wearing. When the server went down I was planing boards, so I had my 200+ woodworking outfit on. My normal outfit was on the mannequin. When I logged back in, my character was in my bed wearing my normal outfit. However, on the mannequin, instead of finding my woodworking outfit, there was only a duplicate of my normal outfit.
I'm curious as to how this could happen, but I also want to know how I can get my woodworking outfit back.

after the serverupdate 4.30 pm the game progress of 1 or 2 hours are destroyed. all mining progress return,all what i have collect is loose,all what i have sell and the silver is loose.

i sincerly hope ur joking. atleast we could get a compensation for hours lost on stuff.

I understand things that were acquired during the time after the point of a rollback being lost. But I've had that woodworking outfit for awhile now. This was lost, because instead of rolling back everything only certain things were rolled back. So my mannequins were left in the state they were in at th time of the crash, but everything I had on me was rolled back to an earlier point.

That's not quite how it works. It's just that everything is rolled back to when it was last saved, and different things save at different times. What happens was most likely that you put the outfit on a mannequin and then some time subsequently logged out, which saved your character without the outfit, but the mannequin was still waiting for a periodic map save when the server crashed, and so the last save of it was without the outfit. (Or the other way around, which is also possible.)

An orderly shutdown makes sure to save everything.
