CAnnot buy passage for 200s ?

So wanted to make new character on provi, Speak to Emissary of his majesty after making a new character.

I have 1250s in my bank, only option i have is "I dont have the money".

How does this bypass feature work?

a while back when expedition was coming out. JC stated that he removed the bypass feature due to popham issues. Most likely because you choose your server AFTER that event thing happens. So....Bypass feature Is no longer.

it does not work anymore. JC had disabled this on start of release.

simple solution, put the server selection before the character creation.

Then you can allow people who have funds in banks previously on them servers to bypass the tutorial.
