Refund/Items Back

Greetings, I am semi new to this game and still understanding such:

I recently bought all three packs at the Salem store and was walking in the woods, swam in water, losing all my items I got from my packs. I should be refunded the money or items...

1. Buying items in-game then losing em? Shouldnt happen. I didn't know it could happen
2. It doesn't state on the store that you can lose to items due to a KO or kill. I was KO'ed.

Although, it is very doubtful you will be receiving a refund or the items back. This is beta afterall, and your feedback is much appreciated.

And fyi, there was a disclaimer on the beta key email ;p
