I just started the game after a long time not playing. When I start it says right click on the man to be a man and the woman to be a woman. But I can't right click on the woman at all. What should I do or is being a woman disabled?

Are you sure, the womens in Salem look a bit strange. It is working tho.

You can rotate your camera by holding the middle scroll of your mouse. Or setting>camera setting>free camera.
Then try to click her after changing your angle.
