House dissapeared?

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Pretty certain my house just dissapeared?

Strangely, I couldn't log on yesterday as I had a seminar.. but when I logged on today.. I found myself in the middle of nowhere with an empty inventory (not like me, but I can't remember)... I teleported back to my home.. only to found the house I built three days ago had completely dissapeared.. with only the crates left sitting out...

Trying to rule out decay as it was only 3 days old.. How about destruction? is it pretty easy to destroy a house? There is a neighbor near me, he's a bit of an ass, but not a scary one... if you can kill a deer, can you kill a house?

Finally.. could it have been some sort of bug?

ok.. an update.. Also upon logging in I noticed that my hungers were at 0.4 phlegm... So, I ate my favourite foraged goodie - berries on a stick.. to give me some energy.

It's been 15 minutes.. my hungers are still the same. I'm not running / foraging / moving /doing anything. Just standing still.. like an idiot

If it was not claimed then decay could have been a *****, it can hit randomly.

Otherwise its possible that your neighbor thought it was a good idea to kill your house. Stuff inside the house gets placed where the house used to be when they are destroyed iirc.

Ahha! It was partially claimed.. so I'm guessing it decayed because I was a poor idiot and didn't extend the claim the whole way..
