Depends on your operating system. On Windows, you need to open a command prompt. Do this by going to Start>Run and enter "cmd.exe". Once a window is open, enter the command ping <domain name or IP address> for the domain, you just need the <name>.com, othertimes you'll need the subdomain. In this case, use "ping plymouth.seatribe.se". If you don't get a response, something with you or your ISP isn't working right. If you're not sure about internet service, you can try pinging Google or another major site. (FYI, unless there really is a serious ISP problem or network problem, you should get some sort of response and time by pinging the server.) You should see something like
